I have a requirement for my DB to record holiday entitlement details for staff, each year.
The year is added manually to the YEAR table and when the appropriate dialog is invoked, a form will
display all staff members from the STAFF table, to allow their holiday entitlement details to be added by the user - for that year.
The tables I have are :
STAFF - all staff
YEAR - table of years i.e. 2000/2001/2002 etc.
HOLIDAYS - records of yearly staff holiday entitlement
If I enter a new year to the YEAR table, when the dialog is displayed - the HOLIDAYS table should automatically create
default holiday records for all staff, for that year, in the HOLIDAYS table.
Any ideas how I can do this? Do I have to use form/module level code?
