Default to previous text in field (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Does anyone know the syntax of defaulting to the previous text from the last entry in just one field.

We log lots of products with different addresses in, but sometimes it will be 10 items per address. Ideally i need a check box, but i will have 2 learn how 2 set one of those up.
