delete in access tables

Can you show me a reference on how to delete rows from a selected data in access 2007? I am used to writing my own sql in sql server 2008 r2 and I am not used to using a designer.

I basically want to delete rows that a query shows where rows have been duplicated.

You can do the same in Access. With your query open in design mode, click on the drop down in the upper left corner. Select SQL and write away.
