Delete one photo

I did not I know where else to post this please advise
In the mean time, I am trying to delete just a photo here and there on
google photos on my computer. I have google for over an hour and everything I pull up wants me to do it on my phone or wants me to delete all at once.

I'm not sure what you mean. You have a photo in your Google drive you want to delete? If it's actually in your drive and not shared from someone else's drive, you should be able to.

Well not sure if its in Google Drive,. When I open Gmail, I click the little 9 dots square and see all google apps, I can the go to google photo. (Is that the same as google drive) and get all photos? I can can all my photos. some instructions I have googled says hit delete but I don't show a delete.

If you go to photos.google.com and bring up any photo, then click the More menu (I think it's the 3 ellipsis buttons), you will find a Trash icon. Click it and that puts it in Trash. Then go to Trash and empy it
