Delete queries

Is it possible to delete records in a table if it has no matching records in another related table by using a delete querie. I can find plenty of info on deleting matched records but nothing on unmatched.

Yes it is possible.

first create a query to find the unmatched records and check that it isf inding the right records. Then open it in design mode and change the query type to Delete using the drop down box.

it should then work the same as any other delete query.
