Deleting data in one query from another query

Hi, As an example lets say I have customer names that I build a query for for a certain time. Lets say it has 50 names. I have another query with 10 names, nine of which are on the first query. How do I go about getting a dataset of the first list minus the overlapping names and ending up with 41 names. Am I making myself clear? I've been thinking about how to do this and reading up on it but can't get anything to connect in my head. Thanks for your help!

Return only rows where some column (PK?) in the second query is null (unmatched).
