Design of KPI

I am developing KPI for my office (please see the attachment). How can I get score and result in sheet. I have around 1200 staffs.

Please advice.

Sorry is this an excel question or are you after general advice on setting or measuring a KPI.

Is this supposed to be a summary of the individual KPI ? Can you show a KPI for the individual employee to try and understand what you are looking for in the way of a solution.

All you have created is a table no reference to anything else !

Where are the KPI's for the individual employee's (1200).
