Designation for a Name from another Tables

Hey All,

I dont know how to Title this Question but here is the detail of it.

I have One Main Table "MAIN" and One another Table "STAFF" for Staff Name and Designation.
I've linked the Main table for taking Staff Names from "STAFF" table and write the Designation Manually.

I want that when i select "Name 1" in Main Table so its designation e.g. "Accountant" come in the next cell which is "Designation"

you can't do this with a table, you need to use a query
