Detail section in report condense to one page

I have a simple report that lists timber pack product numbers for our yard guys to use for physical audits. (check computer stock verse actual stock)
Sometimes there can be up to 100-200 numbers and these run over a few pages.
Is there anyway I can condense the detail section of my report to run across the page down and up like this:

1 6 11
2 7 12
3 8 13
4 9 14
5 10 15 etc untill the page is full then over to the next page

rather than

1
2
3 (this area of the page is blank not used)
4
5
6
7 etc over onto new pages

It makes the yard guys job alot easier as they are working with only one or two pages and I save paper!!

I think the attached has what you want.

If so, then in Design view go to File>PageSetup and columns.

The attached is set for 10 columns. You also need to set column width. The attached is set to 1 cm (about .4")

You also have the choice to either go across the page or down the page.

With a bit of playing about you will probaly get them neatly on a page.
