Detail section to list 5 rows? (1 Viewer)

Would anyone know how to force the details section on a form to display 5 rows always. I have a form based on a query between a one-to-many table relationship. One parent record has up to 30 or more child records. I have been asked to ensure that 5 are displayed at one time. I have played with this a fair bit and cannot get 5 to consistently appear?
