Developing a DB with multiple developers

Is there anyway you can work (develop) an Access db at the same time, otherwise you get open for exclusive mode by the first person in.
There are 2 of us and we want to work on things at the same time, how can this be done.

Can be done -- not easy

This could be done easily in Ac97, but starting with Ac2000 things got much more complicated as Ac2000 was designed for a more robust environment. Try this link. It explains your problem and how to solve it.
