Dialog Form Not Clearing

I know this is simple but I can't figure it out. I have a report setup to use a dialog form to filter data for the report. That works perfectly - my problem is that the form isn't clearing after the report is created so if they go back in to run another report the old selection is there on the dialog form. I've created multiple other databases that use the same thing when creating reports and they work fine which is why I'm a little stumped on this one. Someone please clue me in!!

Refresh

Tried refresh but it throws and error when it tries to run. I did a DoCmd for it - did you think I should try another way?
