Dialog opens offscreen, bug?

When I have a form that opens as a dialog sometimes it appears off-screen (the top task bar) so I can't move or close it.

Any ideas how to resolve this? I've tried various screens and resolutions but it seems more of a problem with Access.

What version of Access and what OS? How do you have AutoResize and AutoCenter set? I would use NO and Yes respectively.

This happens for me to my find/replace dialog in Visual Basic.
It is just partly on screen, luckily, so I can drag it fully on screen again, to use it,
and as soon as click "find", or "replace", the dialog shoots back to almost off my screen.

Naturally, we cannot go into the design view of this dialog form, to set the AutoCenter property.
Any other suggestion?

P.S. Oops, nearly forgot.
