Hi,

Is it possible to have different page headers on each page?

I've got my report designed so a client's record consists of 2 pages when printed and I would like the client's name and/or logo at the top of each page. I can't figure out how to change it for each record or if it's possible. Maybe I need to add this information to a table or form first?

I've been teaching myself Access and still fairly new to it. Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

try to put grouping on the field you want to see in the top and force new page before selection of group header, and remove the report header.
this way you will have on top the field you want on every new page.

Welcome to the forum Olliecat.

If your current design is such that a "record" is designed to show over two pages, then in the detail section you can put the name/logos at the top of the detailed section and also further down the detailed section. You can put a page break in before the second name/logo. Also set the detailed section to always start on a new page.

in addition to mr.leanpilar suggestion. rename your logo with pkField in it so you can change the logo. ie:
1_logo.png
2_logo.png

then on then on PageHeaderSection_Format you can switch logo:

Private Sub PageHeaderSection_Format(Cancel As Integer, FormatCount As Integer)
If Dir("z:\" & Me.ID & "_logo.png") <> "" Then
Me.Image19.Picture = "z:\" & Me.ID & "_logo.png"
Else
Me.Image19.Picture = ""
End If
End Sub
