I inherited a report that shows performance for 245 vendors. An array creates a seperate report (one for each page of the Access report) for each vendor in RTF format. It works beautifully except for thwe fact that the output winds up, usually, in my C drive My Documents folder though it can be delivered to the last folder that was in use before the report was run. See code below:

DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "Report Card YTD", acFormatRTF, strFileName, False

I tried several ways to direct the output to a specified folder on a network drive with no success. See example trial below:

DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "Report Card YTD", acFormatRTF, "H:\SUPPLY CHAIN\Test - Report Card Process\RTF Reports", strFileName, False

Can anyone help me direct these files to the proper location?

Also, the client would eventually like these reports to be in PDF format. Is this possible to make a seperate report for each page of a 245 page report?

You have to concatenate the file name with the path. This may work for you.

DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "Report Card YTD", acFormatRTF, "H:\SUPPLY CHAIN\Test - Report Card Process\RTF Reports\" & strFileName, False

jzwp22 - that worked perfectly! Thank you.
Any ideas on creating PDF files in the same manner?

I've never done anything to pdf files, but I did find the following from Stephen Lebans site that might help you Report to pdf
