Disable Mouse wheel (and other apps.)
Yet more questions about disabling the retched mouse wheel.
1) This is a question about Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 278379, the one about turning off the mouse wheel in Access 2000. If anyone knows how this affects other applications, i.e. multi-tasking: one has a database open and the mouse wheel is switched off. the user multi-tasks and say, switches to Excel. Presumably the mouse wheel doesn't work until the Access database form is closed? What happens if the database closes incorrectly, such as someone doing a ctrl+Alt+Del? before I goahead and implement this code I want to know about as many eventualities as possible. If anyone has any more pointers I would be most grateful.
1) I am told it is easy to do this in Access 2002. If so can someone please explain because I cannot find out how to.
All help gratefully received
