Disappearing vertical text box

Does anyone else have the problem that when you set a lable on a form to vertical, the text disappears. I guess its still there, but you cant see it, even if you change the back and forecolor? Is this a known error?

If you resize the label box so it seems to have been rotated by 90 degrees clockwise the label text shows up fine. Or it does on my ACC2000 machine, at least.

Didn't work

Doesn't work in XP. The minute I change the vertical property of the label to YES, the text completely disappears. I can't quite explain that. If I resize it or shape it for a more vertical appearance, no difference. Kind of a pain. I am running XP pro on desktop and XP home on laptop with Access 2002. Does the same thing on both machines.

Sorry about my lack of knowledge of XP. After researching differences a while ago I thought Access XP/2002 was all but identical to 2000, but you have found that it's not. Maybe it's just that they can open each others' files, not that they actually work the same.
