I have data in Access table that I need to be displayed in word document and then get it exported in the shared folder.
Please see attached the spreadsheet. It shows how my data is stored in the Access table.
So I want to display all the documents names and then scoring next (Yes, NO or N/A) when a button is clicked in the form.
Any help will be much appreciated.
