Display limited records in sub form:

Hi all,

I have form which displays all the records in a table. The table has 600 records.

I want to display the records in multiple pages. Is there any setting with which i can display the records in multiple records or will i have to do it manually through code?

Not sure if I understand correctly but would Datasheet View or continious Forms do what you want.

In the Properties of the Form change the View From "Single Form" to "Datasheet View".

I am assuming you are refering to Forms not Reports as Pat has suggested may be the case.
