Hi

I have 3 tables in my database.

Potential Partners
Pk CompanyID
...

BusinessOpportunities
Pk OpportunityID
...

OpportunityTeam
Pk (CompanyID, OpportunityID)
...

As you can tell, Potential Partners and BusinessOpportunities have a many to many relationship.
I am confused on how to diaplay this many to many relationship on my form. I am not sure if I can do this. Can I add a button my Business Opportunities form such that when user clicks on it it will display all the potential partners associated with that opportunity and vice versa. I know I can add it as a subform on my form but my concern is that my business opportunities form already has 3 subform and if I add one more subform it would be very confusing.
I can add a subform on my Potential Partner form.Or is there any other better way of displaying this information.

Thanx

Yes you can add a button to display related information, the way I usually do this is create a cmdbutton by using the wizard and choose to open a form (I make this a pop up form) then I choose to display selected information on the form which is the 2nd option in the wizard. From here link the two ID's you need then you can have your subfrm on the 2nd form listing your related information.

Hope this helps
