Displaying data in a Form

Hi,

I have a form that I use to enter records into a table. However when I open the form I want it to display the last record I entered from the table to save me re-typing some duplicate information again. Maybe the information in the fields could appear in a different colour to show it's an already existing record. Can I do this?

If you have a primary key or indexed field that dosen't accept duplicates, it won't allow you to enter duplicate information.

One solution to viewing the last record you entered:
Make a new field in your table that automatically inserts the current date on new records and have the records sorted in descending order by that field.
