Displaying part of an address field on a new line

Hi,

Please see the below image. I am trying to get the report to display the address on separate lines. For example:

Address
City/Town
Postcode(Zip)

Using the above image I want the report to display the address like below. Anyone know if its possible ?

Balgeddie Farm
LESLIE
KY6 3ET


Just to let you know that the database is created in oracle and I am linking to the oracle database via the get external data option in access.


I would appreciate any help

is there anywhere else on the datbase that holds this info ???
also try exporting into various options
start with txt, csv , until you find a format that isn't screwy

also try importing into outlook and then export out into another - otherwise you will need a bit of heavy coding- at whcih point I'll bail out and you need to ask someone who actual knows what they are doing - rather than someone who hacks bits and pieces around
