I'm trying to display a report on a form (as the topic title says ;) ) but so far I didn't succeed :(

I have been trying to export it to an RTF file and load the file in a Richt Text Control but wasn't able to register the ActiveX control in an NT environment...

Any suggestions on how I do this in the most easiest way? (if possible another way than using the richtext :) )

Can I just ask why you are trying to display a report on a form?

Well, the report is based on a parameter query; it is ment to be used for having a look at different reports in a row in a fast way, by simply clicking a button (on the form), entering the parameters and having the report shown on the form, and at that point immediately being all ready to press the button again and start over without having to wait for the regular report view popping up and having to close it again before being able to reopen the report window and so on...

But....to get the report on the form, you would need to run the report to produce a preview to put on the form - an even longer process!
I can see what you are trying to do though, a sort of quickview of the report. I don't know an answer to that, sorry.

what about exporting it to HTML and having an embedded webpage object. Not sure about the details.

As the form should be runnable from different PC's and as it appeared to me that such a control isn't loaded by default I have 'rebuilt' the report as a subform and showed that so this problem is officially solved :D

Thanks all for the help ;)
