Makes sense, you will need to insert an "If intStat>=5 then" statement to solve it. Probably before the rst.Movenext after the strStatus4 variable pass.

It all works, I really needed the help you gave me. I printed the module you wrote and am using it as a guide in another project that I have already done(using forms). I plan on removing the form and using a module to co0mplete the task instead.
