Double-Booked!

Hi peeps.

I think it's a query I need!?

I have a query that collects information for an appointment letter from two tables, tblclients & tblappointments.

I have multiple locations, times, dates, clients and advisers. I need to do something that will dissallow a double-booking.

i.e. client cannot see adviser Jack and adviser Jill at the same time on the same day!

So... John has an appointment with Peter on 10/10/03 @ 1400
The administrator tries to book:
an appointment with Susan on 10/10/03@1400
The database tells her where to go! lol
HOWEVER... an appointment with Susan on 10/10/03@1500 is ok
OR... an appointment with Susan on 11/10/03@1400 is ok

Any Idea, I'm a complete QueryNewbie.
