Download query from Access to Excel

Hello all. I was wondering if anybody could help me: I'm a newbie when it comes to VBA. I need to write some code that will take a query(s) in Access, and put it into a specified tab within an existing spreadsheet in Excel. The spreadsheet contains 8 charts based on the downloaded information. Any ideas?
