drop down menu

Hi,
I have one field on a form called "Program Title". It consists of a drop down menu. I would like it if when a particular Title selection is made it would open up another dropdown menu of sub titles. I then need that selection to appear in the "Program Title" field. I hope that makes sense. I am not a developer and don't know if this is possible. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks so much.
