Drop-down menus

Is there any way to replace the default access "File", "Edit", "View",.. drop-down menus with my own?

Yes!

On your menu click Tools > Customize
This is where you can change and build menu bars ( normal File, Edit bar), shortcut bars (right mouse) and tool bars (bar with icons).

For instructions go to 'Help' and type in "work with menu bars".

On your form's properties there is also a menu, shortcut and tool bar selection. So each form may have different bars.
