dropdown to select other fields

I want to have a number of dropdown selections in the form on screen but i want to populate other areas of the form with the remaining fields in the record for printing. The dropdown would select the employees names but the form would print the addresses and phone numbers etc.

Why not leave your form with just the dropdown boxes required to identify the info you want and create a report with all the fields required to be printed. You can create a command button on the form to print the report.
