Duplicate Form and Subform Data

Hello,

I have been through the forum and have not been able to find a clear example or answer.

I have a form with a subform. I want copy both the form and subform data and create a new record with it.

Any easy way to do this? I found stuff on Append Query but did not see any examples and I have never done one.

Okay, I know I'm going to regret asking this, but "Why are you copying data?" That strikes me as non-normalized. Data should only be stored once (except for keys). So, I think a specific example of the data you're talking about is appropriate so we can see what it is you are REALLY trying to do.
