I have a form called requisition which has a subform called requisition items
at present I query 2 dates one is 91 days , the other is 120 days
the 120 day query only duplicates the parts that are the same as the 91 days
see line 1 and 2 for example
the "qty required" field ie -458.962 is the real qty I have to purchase to fulfil an outstanding order with 91 days
the field "qty 120 days " is just testing how many more of them parts are required if I wanted to purchase the extra qty. ie 200.12
so I now an option of what I want to do within those 2 dates
what I would like to do is move line 2 qty ie 200.12 next to the -458.962
and delete line 2
I did try a lookup in the requisition items query but I could not get it to work
any help appreciated
