Duplicate Rows

In the attached query (qry_Had_Jabs) I am trying to get all the data relating to one student on one row, not multiple as is happening now.

Does anyone know the solution ?

Have a look at a Group By, or Totals query. With your query in design view, click on the Sigma (Σ) button, you will notice that new row appears in the query design grid, Totals, amongst the additional option this will provide is Group By, and Sum. So you could group by student and then Sum or count their result dependant on the result you are looking for.

The group by is already there but something doesn't seem right (but I haven't had time to do more in-depth analysis).

Ah No didn't have access to '07, whilst I was eating breakfast Looks like I made an incorrect assumption
