I have a query that uses a tbl

ToBeaID

the two query are outer joined with BEAID on TO and From.
I group by BEAID and by Quarter. Then I want to display the sum of FromBEAID and the sum of TOBEAID. The problem is it is duplicationg if there is not a value for one.
BeaID Quarter FromAmount ToAmount

2 1 400 500
2 1 400 5000

the 400 5000 in quarter 1 should really be 0 5000. There is no From in quarter 1 for the 5000. I know this sound confusing but I have no idea why it would throw that value in there
