Duplicates In Query

I created a query combining Beg Inv table, Purchases table, Sales table, Adjustment tables. All tables are linked with referential integrity.

However I'm getting duplicates for purchases, Sales, Adj.. I added columns with auto numbers for each purchases, sales and adj. I just don't know how to tell Access not to include duplicates in those columns.

Have a look at the options that become available with a Totals Query .

I still have the duplicates. I need to figure out a way to remove them. My totals need to match the general ledger.

Any other ideas?

Do you have duplicates in the underlying table or just the query
