Dynamic Delete Query from form using parameter (1 Viewer)

I have a form that includes several sub forms which all contain PatId. I need to be able to delete the newly entered records from the subform tables (saved when tabbing from one sub to another) when the user decides to cancel. Not a big deal, create a querydef, build the string, reference the form's patid, run the query and delete the querydef. I have been unable to find the correct syntax for the query so the patid from the form is passed when the query executes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
