Hello everyone. I am sure I just haven't used the right keywords for my search, but I can't seem to figure out how to dynamically fill out my form. I attached a zip with pictures form the previous database (which I did not create) for the goal. One is the Design View and the other is the Form view of the same form. I am using Access 2007 on Windows XP.
What I am trying to do is create a form that has text boxes according to the particular subject. PWB, Inflight, etc. One text box is a 'Needs to Be Discussed' text box and immediately to its right is a box that is for the managers to know they need to look over the material. The two common factors, x-axis, is the subjects and the y-axis are supervisors.
Reports do this fairly automatically, but I will need this in a form because of other form specific controls to be implemented. When each box populates with a number, you can click on that number and it brings up the query for all records under that subject for that particular supervisor.
I am sure I just missed the search and I looked at the pinned thread, but I don't see a 'continuous form' option in 2007.
Thank you for your time.
Jason
