This is probably something very simple but I have searched help and this forum and cannot not find a solution, well at least not one that I can understand !
I have been asked to produce a report in access which I have done no problem but this needs to be e mailed on a regular basis, keeping it’s current format and layout, however it cannot be done via snapshot as it’s going to a local authority and they cannot read it and cannot download the viewer. They have requested it be in either excel or word. I have tried but cannot get it to appear as it does in my access report.
Any help or suggests that anyone can offer would be great, bearing in mind that I am not that great with access so it needs to be fairly simple !!.
