easiest way to rename subforms

I am trying to adopt a consistent naming scheme for my forms. When I try to change the name on a subform, the mainform no longer dsiplays it and I can't find an easy fixt to change the name. Does anyone know? thanks.

If you rename a subform, you can go in to the properties of the subform container control on the main form and select SOURCE OBJECT and in the dropdown select the form you just renamed.
