Easy one

Access 2003. I have a form with a Macro to GoToNewRecord on Open. Upon opening this form I want to be able to see the previous records. Data Entry is set to "No." Help.

How are you opening the record? If you are using acFormAdd or the macro equivalent (on the Data Mode) of Add then it is opening as if Data Entry is YES.

So, make sure it is set to EDIT (or acFormEdit)

Hi Bob! I'm opening the form via switchboard. I'm wondering if when I created the form (a year ago) I set it to add only???
