Easy One!!!!

I have a text box in a form bound to a field in a table. When i open the form i nedd the text box to change the colout of the text(foreground) from white to black , and after one sec change it to black from white. basicly i want the text to appear as if it is flashing on and off from black to white continiously. i have used the on timer event on the form to control the text box, but not sure how to make it alternate font colours continuosly in the text box ???.
