Hi
I'm new here, and to access in any meaningful sense. I've been using it for simple tasks (like cataloguing my CDs) for years and been programming in C++ and VB for years but I've never had to do a serious job in Access until now.

Anyway, I'm setting up a database for my client and most of it is straight forward data entry and reporting. However, he wants to be able to "draw" on a template image as part of the record. Something like how car hire places mark on a plan of the vehicle where any pre-existing damage is. I'm sure Access is capable of this, I'm thinking I need the template image in the form and have it open in an embedded Paint window to be edited, but I have no idea how to do this and the online tutorials I found weren't much help.

I'm working on Windows XP with Access 2000. Outdated I know but it's what I've been given access to :(

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

John
