Email Attachment File Name

First and Foremost, 1st time and 1st post

I am a small business owner with a wife who loves to help out.
I want to make it easier for her to send a report via email in PDF format.

I've been able to do this and the Email Attachment is a PDf.

The Problem Is!
The Email Attachment makes no sense to those who receive it
Example: {A group of numbers and letters}
What we want: OurFileName.PDF

Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated, I have spent 2 days in forum looking for similar problems with no luck

Not sure why I received your email, I know I was new at this today. Are you just informing me that I have posted a thread more than once and are there complications with this?
 
It is poor etiquette to post the same question multiple times. I posted so that others would realize it was in multiple places and hopefully keep the discussion in one place. Also:

Again, I did just start using this forum today. The first post came under introduction before I realized how it would post. Then the second was my attempt to correct it. Only to discover that I should have changed the title. The use of poor etiquette should be reserved to scold those who know how to use the forum; just the same, I apologize for my lack of knowledge.
 
No big deal, I was just trying to keep things organized.
