Email from a form

I have a form which is set up as a security logon form, what i want to do is add a button so that when an unregistered user clicks on it it will open up outlook in order for them to email me to ask for a username and password.

I would need my email address to appear in the to box each time they click this email button

hi,

firstly try a search on this forum.. there have been many many posts of this subject... using keywords such as "email" or "outlook"

you can easily have some code which will pick out a new users details, put your email address in the To box.. you need to use the docmd.sendobjects command within the vb editor...
this can then open up an email to that person or send it automatically.

the code you need has been posted on this forum many times in the past.
