Email from access database send through Outlook.

I am a rookie at this, so any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

I have created a client database that as all sorts of information, one being the clients email. We want to send out monthly emails to our clients about promotions etc. In some cases we will need to use an attachment. I have created a query that has the emails of individuals. How do I send emails using this list? If we could, we would like to send them in outlook using BCC so other peoples information is keep confidential. I have been on the internet for hours trying to figure this out and I can't seem to! Would you suggest a VBA code for this particular situation. I do have a switchboard that comes up with a form when I open this database so I can immediately add new clients. (I don't know if you need to know that info or not...) If anyone could and would be willing to help I would really appreciate it! I have come to a dead end. If a VBA code is what I need to do, could someone help me write it? Like I said I am a rookie at this program and still trying to understand it all. Thank you for your help! :)

p.s. the sooner I can get a reply the better because I got to get these sent out.
