Based on the a parameter given (Representative code) I want to be able to make a selection in a sales report so the Rep only receives data needed for his sales.
In the end I want to start 1 macro which would trigger (12 representative dependant queries) and email them automaticly (I don't use outlook, but I use Lotus notes, which works fine for 1 query - 1 rep, but if I go for this solution, I have to copy the base query 12 times, which A) makes no sence and B)is awkward in case of changes to the query)
I hope that someone can help me.
(am not experienced in VB, but I can handle the logic a little)
