Email Report won't/can't be sent

As part of my database there is a button that will send a report as an email.

This had been working fine since I first wrote the DB, however one of my users came to me and said that the button no longer works Sure enough when the button is clicked you see message box indicating that the reprot is being constructed, but then a message box come up with the message "Microsoft Office Access can't send this e-mail report"

I've not chnaged anything on the button to cause this problem.

Any Ideas?

Having just sent my initial question the user has just come in and told me the button is now working

If I hadn't seen the initial problem I'd not beleive it myself.

What could be causing this intermitant problem?
