Hi All,

Is it possible to Email a report from within Access 2003 that can be viewed or printed by the recipient even it they do not have Access loaded on their computer?

just create a macro, and use the SendObject command

choose the object (in your case a report / query), choose the format (I use RTF) and the e-mail details (recipient(s), subject, message text etc)
