Email to show attachment

Here is a suggestion for the email of watched threads - can it indicate where an attachment is included in the post (I understand it can't actually include the file) as I often miss seeing files when I just read the posts on my emails.

another suggestion - can you offer option to mark threads in watched list as read/unread?

There are no options to change the behaviour. Perhaps others might be able to chip in with comments on this.
