Hello, i have set up different queries and macros to send emails to different departments from my stock database. It works well with the different command buttons but when someone prints the attachment they have complained that it does not reflect on the attachment that it is from my office. What would be the best way on the query or macro to put a ID/name from my office so when it is printed they can still make the connection. Cheers
 
If the attachment is a Report you can create a Watermark on the report with your office/department name. Ms-Access Report can be output in Snapshot format to attach with your email.
