emailing reports as rtf and associated probs

Hey there,

I am trying to use a button and macro to email a copy of a report associated with the record currently viewed on a form. I can perform everything ok except that some of the text in the lables and the fields are truncated when the rtf is opened in word. There is nothing fancy on the form at all, just labels, text boxes and fields. No graphics etc.

Any idea why this is happening? How can it be fixed? I have looked at other similar questions on this forum and it seems that mail merges are one way to go. But I'm suprised that you cant use Access to copy a basic report into rtf correctly...

expand the length of the labels and the text boxes slightly to stop this happening. If you use bold for the lables, then when it get transfered into a rft file they expand and cause the last word to sometimes disappear down to the bottom of the page.
